Not just how to use the software but basics you can learn to help keep your computer running smoothly to avoid your frustrations, leave them to us we are used to coping with them.
Personal thoughts are that computers are female you cant rush them even if you need to and they are always right.
Many years experience of them (computers that is) has created the way I solve PC problems and provide training and help.

All PC's are built to order so you get the latest technology not old parts.
The only "old" technology is the operating system staying with Windows XP Pro not the new Windows
Laptops are bought with Windows XP installed again not Vista, it gives a more limited range of laptops but ones that are reliable and robust. Again they are only purchased to order and do not have them on the stockroom shelf.

EMailer Services
New service that offers on site email extractor extracting email addresses and contacts from the email folders of Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express that can be tedious to do.
Not only can we extract addresses from regular mail folders such as your inbox both current and archive, but it can also search and extract contacts from local address books, such as Outlook Contacts or Windows Address Book. Even more, we can search and extract for email addresses in Office or PDF documents on your computers.
